One funnel, two roles, one blockerBecause this reuses the design network intake pattern, the unfilled /admin/policy/network decisions block both funnels rather than one. And the Saturday tables start before this screen exists, so /rep-intake needs its API in the beta gate work or three weeks of applicants arrive on paper.
